As Director F&B, Sebastian Müller is responsible for the further development of existing F&B concepts and the implementation of new F&B projects. His tasks include marketing, business and budget planning, taking into account the guest experience in all F&B outlets. He is also responsible for F&B controlling, the introduction of F&B IT systems at company level, the definition of minimum standards (e.g. in the area of service, F&B offerings in restaurants, bars) and the establishment of strategic partnerships in the area of F&B (e.g. wine merchants, breweries, cafés, etc.), with which he ensures the achievement of KPI turnover/costs and general guest satisfaction.

In order to achieve the KPIs, he is responsible for the preparation of sales budgets, forecast analyses, revenue optimisation with regard to average rates, capacity utilisation and an optimum segment mix. In order to achieve the common goals, he provides advice on sales promotion measures, quotations and much more. In addition, he is responsible for establishing a uniform corporate sales reporting structure.
