12.18. IS LOOKING FOR PROPERTIES FULFILLING THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
  • Properties in unique touristic locations with good infrastructure in Germany and Europe
  • Ideally, properties in the 4- and 5-star segment or with the potential to be transformed into a 4- or 5-star property
  • Properties with at least 60 rooms or properties with expansion potential to at least 60 rooms
  • Properties with expiring leases and management contracts
  • Owner-managed or operator-free properties
  • Properties with repositioning potential with regards to operations, refurbishment, redevelopment or expansion
FURTHERMORE, WE NEED THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN ORDER TO EVALUATE YOUR OFFER:
  • Exposé with complete postal address of the property, photos, views & floor plans
  • Site plan of the property
  • Floor overview
  • Financial performance of recent years
  • Legitimation of your mandate by the owner
