YOUR PROFILE:
- You have successfully completed a degree or are in the advanced stages of your Bachelor's or Master's program in hotel or real estate management, or business studies.
- You have gained initial practical work experience through industry-related jobs or internships.
- You have strong communication skills, both in German and English.
- You enjoy working with PowerPoint and Excel and can independently develop qualitative and quantitative results using both programs.
- You are a goal-oriented, detail-focused, and curious individual who quickly adapts to new topics and consistently values high-quality work results.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Analysis: Conduct analyses and evaluations of potential new acquisition projects to create data-driven decision-making templates.
- Market Research: Explore European hotel markets to identify qualitative trends and opportunities in macro and micro locations and support the development of our internal databases.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing investment and repositioning strategies to maximize the value of our properties.
- Reporting: Analyze and process performance metrics from our existing portfolio to ensure continuous improvement in operational performance.
- Information Processing: Prepare decision-making materials for our management team and external partners.
- Financial Analysis: Assess and interpret financial metrics of various projects and hotel operations throughout the lifecycle of our hotel investments.
- Teamwork: Coordinate meetings and workshops in collaboration with colleagues from various departments.
