2023 SEASON NEWS AT 7PINES RESORT IBIZA & 7PINES RESORT SARDINIA
Both 7Pines Resort Ibiza and 7Pines Resort Sardinia, part of Destination by Hyatt, are excited to be welcoming guests back to their resorts this April 2023.
Located on the edge of a pine forest on the west coast of Ibiza, the spacious all-suite 7Pines Resort Ibiza offers the height of laid-back luxury and Ibizan flair, reopening its doors to guests from Friday 21st of April 2023. This 2023 summer season, the resort will be launching two new 4-bedroom villas, both complete with contemporary Bohème design, a private infinity glasspool and whirlpool, and 347 sqm of terrace space.
Newly opened in August 2022, 7Pines Resort Sardinia is a luxury beachfront property surrounded by 15 hectares of untouched coastline and nature reserve in Baja Sardinia overlooking the archipelago of La Maddalena, just a stone’s throw away from Costa Smeralda. 7PINES RESORT IBIZA LAUNCHES TWO NEW VILLAS
Catering to the ever-increasing demand for privacy and space, this season, 7Pines Resort Ibiza will launch two brand-new villas, Villa Alba and Villa Aurora, both featuring 221 sqm of beautifully designed living space, four spacious bedrooms each with a private terrace, a 20 sqm glass swimming pool and lavish garden terrace with jacuzzi.
Secluded among a pine grove on the cliffs of the west coast of Ibiza, these contemporary bohemian-style properties have been designed by 7Pines Resort Ibiza’s own architects and designers, together with a local sustainable landscape designer, Terravita. Each property will allow guests to fully admire the beauty of the surrounding area with its floor to ceiling windows and abundance of private terrace areas. The villas exude Mediterranean flair, both boasting stylish minimalistic design, exclusive natural furnishings (including linen, ratan, oak, birch and quarzite stone), and sustainable energy concepts.
The sun terrace and outdoor dining area is one of the highlights of each villa, furnished with laid-back loungers, parasols and exotic Mediterranean planting. The glass-panelled pool allows guests to look out onto unobstructed sea views overlooking the rocky mythical island of Es Vedra, whilst the spacious garden terrace on the lower lever can be enjoyed for evenings of al fresco dining.
Guests at both villa’s will also have access to a range of exclusive benefits, including a dedicated Clefs d’Or concierge service on hand at all times to cater to any needs. Villa rates vary within season, starting from €6500 per night including breakfast. Rates include transport to and from Ibiza airport (for up to 8 adults and two children), as well as 10% discount on 7Pines Yachting Services and charters.
WELLNESS UPDATES AT 7PINES RESORT SARDINIA

The spa offers a state-of-the art wellbeing experience, comprising of five treatment cabins for individual or couples’ treatments, a relaxation area, steam room, sauna, emotional shower, ice room and outdoor areas for Kneipp therapy.
Inspired by the prevailing winds that blow on Sardinia’s Gallura coast, the expert Spa team have designed three bespoke signature Sardinian rituals; Maistràli (Mistral), Liànti (Levant) and Punènti (West wind). At the Pure Seven Spa, guests can also enjoy a complimentary healthy drink or herbal tea at its calming indoor/ outdoor relaxation area.
The spa’s fitness centre is a sanctuary for guests looking for more active pursuits, offering state-of-the-art gym equipment including LifeFitness cardio machines, multi-adjustable benches, dumbbells and strength machines.
For a positive and uplifting start to the day, guests can also choose from indoor and outdoor yoga classes, Pilates, and meditation sessions to help re-energise the mind, body and soul. Complimentary daily group classes will be available for guests, as well as chargeable private classes and personal training.

KIO HOUSE OF KIDS CLUB LAUNCHES AT 7PINES RESORT SARDINIA
This season, 7Pines Resort Sardinia will be opening its brand-new sustainable and educational Kids club: ‘Kio House of Kids’, with a mission to help educate the next generation from an early age on sustainability and eco-awareness.
Sustainability is incorporated throughout the décor of the ‘house’ and within the wide range of activities catered for all ages such as upcycling, art collages, and gardening. Kio House of Kids promotes creativity, consciousness and the power of imagination and provides a high-quality experience to children spending their family holidays at the resort.
